Photography is, for me, a way of seeing. Even before putting the camera to my eye I am obliged to slow down and take notice. To simply observe. To see the unseen.
And to delight in the absurd.
Afterwards, the unposed elements within the frame cause me to slow down for a second time while I wonder at how we manage to make sense of it all - or not.
Because, in the end, that is all we can do.
